Outer Main Frame Part

On the basis of the original industrial microwave equipment, it is thickened (50*100 carbon steel square tube), manufactured according to the buyer's requirements, and sprayed with the specified color (or 50*50 stainless steel square tube). A quick connection device is used at the connection of the base frame.

Microwave Heating System

There are 8 sets of automotive microwave heating box, made of 1.5mm stainless steel plate.

Microwave Source System

The industrial microwave generator adopts Japanese Toshiba water-cooled magnetron, the top broadband phase feed, and the generator cooling tube is connected with copper pad.

The microwave oil-immersed power switch is designed separately for the power supply bracket and adopts air-cooled cooling method. Equipped with a high-power centrifugal fan for efficient heat dissipation.
